The Renfrew County District School Board is issuing a Request for Tender for Roof Repairs at Various RCDSB Locations. MANDATORY SITE VISITS are scheduled for Thursday, October 11, 2018 at the following locations and times: 09:00am - Renfrew Collegiate Institute, 184 Bonnechere St. South, Renfrew, ON 10:30am - McNab Public School, 1184 Stewartville Road, Arnprior, ON Bidders will be met by a RCDSB Representative at the front entrance of each location. Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visits, have their attendance recorded and are registered as a Plan Taker on the RCDSB's Bids & Tenders webpage will be eligible to submit a bid. Only those Bidders who are presenting in good standing with the Canadian Canadian Roofing Contractors Association and their affiliated Provincial Associations will be eligible to submit a bid. Sealed submissions clearly labelled with RFT #2019-03 will be received by 2:00:00pm on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. The Renfrew County District School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Lowest or any submission not necessarily accepted. |
