The Renfrew County District School Board is issuing a Request for Tender for Roof Repairs at Various RCDSB Locations. MANDATORY SITE VISITS are scheduled for Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at the following locations and times: 09:00am - Arnprior District High School, Arnprior, ON 10:30am - Opeongo High School, Douglas, ON 11:30am - Beachburg Public School, Beachburg, ON 01:30pm - Mackenzie Community School, Deep River, ON Bidders will be met by a RCDSB Representative at the front entrance of each location. Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visits, have their attendance recorded and are registered as a Plan Taker on the RCDSB's Bids & Tenders webpage will be eligible to submit a bid. Only those Bidders who are presenting in good standing with the Canadian Canadian Roofing Contractors Association and their affiliated Provincial Associations will be eligible to submit a bid. Sealed submissions clearly labelled with RFT #2018-04 will be received by 2:00:00pm on Friday, December 15, 2017. The Renfrew County District School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Lowest or any submission not necessarily accepted. |
