The RCDSB is issuing a Request for Proposal for Multi-Functional Devices, Service and Supplies. RCDSB is seeking Proposals for an all-inclusive cost per copy rental agreement for new digital monochrome multifunctional equipment that includes the supply, delivery, installation, service of the equipment and supplies for all Schools, Administration offices and other Board locations. Electronic submissions in response to RFP #2025-03 will be received before 1:00:00 PM on Monday, February 10, 2025. The Renfrew County District School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Highest scoring or any proposal not necessarily accepted. |
