PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU FOLLOW THE START TIMES STATED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT AND IN THE TENDER DOCUMENTS

THE RCDSB IS ISSUING A REQUEST FOR TENDER FOR FIRE ALARM REPLACEMENTS AT VARIOUS RCDSB LOCATIONS.

Bidders are required to confirm their intent to attend each job showing at least 24 hours in advance.  Notification shall be by email to Peggy Fiebig at fiebigp@rcdsb.on.ca.

Bidders will be met by a RCDSB Representative at the front entrance of each location.  Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visits and have their attendance recorded will be eligible to submit a bid. 

Sealed submissions, clearly labeled RFT #2016-04, will be received before 3:00:00 PM, THURSDAY, MARCH 17, 2016 and must be submitted to the following address:
