Please be advised that there is a second bid meeting for #2015-09 - Demolition of General Panet High School on Friday, March 27, 2015 from 1:00 to 3:00pm. This site meeting is not mandatory and is being scheduled as a courtesy to those who wish to view the location again. Bidders are advised that the requirement to be in attendance at the mandatory site meeting on Monday, March 23rd is still in effect in order to be eligible to submit a bid. The Renfrew County District School Board is issuing a Request for Tender to Interested Parties for the Demolition and Removal of Contents at the Former General Panet High School, Petawawa, ON. A MANDATORY SITE VISIT is scheduled for Monday, March 23, 2015 at 11:00:00am at General Panet High School, Garrison Petawawa, 14 Ypres Blvd, Petawawa, ON. Bidders will be met by a RCDSB Representative at the front entrance of the site. Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visit, have their attendance recorded and are registered as a Plan Taker on the RCDSB's Bids & Tenders webpage will be eligible to submit a bid. Sealed submissions clearly labelled with RFT #2015-09 will be received by 2:00:00pm on Monday, March 30, 2015. The Renfrew County District School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Lowest or any submission not necessarily accepted. |
