Jp2g CONTRACT No. 2164303A Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Peggy Fiebig, Purchasing Agent, Renfrew County District School Board, 1270 Pembroke St. West, Pembroke, ON K8A 4G4 until: 2:00pm, Local Time, Wednesday, April 26, 2017 for the site improvements at Madawaska Valley District High School (Barry’s Bay), Rockwood Public School (Pembroke), Mackenzie Community School (Deep River), Renfrew Collegiate Institute (Renfrew),and Fellowes High School (Pembroke). Site works to include asphalt removal, earth excavation, paving, concrete works, granulars, topsoil,sodding, basketball net installation and line painting. Complete tender documents may be obtained from Jp2g Consultants Inc., 12 International Drive,Pembroke, Ontario, K8A 6W5, on payment of a non-refundable cost of$50.00 per set. Cheques should be made payable to Jp2g Consultants Inc. Tender sets will be available for pick-up beginning on Wednesday April 5th, 2017 during regular office hours. There will be a mandatory site visit tour on Tuesday, April 11th, 2017 at 9:00 am starting at the back parking lot at Fellowes High School, 420 Bell Street, Pembroke, ON. The successful bidder will be required to file with the Renfrew County District School Board the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) working days of being awarded the Contract. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. |
