THE RCDSB IS ISSUING A REQUEST FOR TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY &
INSTALLATION OF AN ELECTRICAL SERVICE UPGRADE AT CHAMPLAIN DISCOVERY PUBLIC SCHOOL,
PEMBROKE, ON. A MANDATORY SITE VISIT will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 10:30am at Champlain Discovery Public School, 390 Bell Street, Pembroke, ON. Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visit and have their attendance recorded, and have registered on the RCDSB’s Bids & Tenders website will be eligible to submit a bid. Emailed submissions clearly labelled RFT #2019-17 shall be received before 2:00:00pm on Thursday, April 18, 2019 and must be sent to Charlene Gagnon, Buyer at purchasing@rcdsb.on.ca.
The Request for Tender documents are available by visiting the RCDSB Bids & Tenders webpage at rcdsb.bidsandtenders.ca. Proponents may download the tender documents in preview mode prior to registering as a Plan Taker. The Renfrew County District School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Lowest or any submission not necessarily accepted. |
